About Carrie Diamond-Feldman (she, her, hers)

If you're looking for support through a difficult time or are ready to shed unhelpful patterns and move in a new direction, we can work together to help you gain a greater sense of well-being, balance, control, and connection. When anxiety, depression or other psychological issues are interfering with your goals, relationships, or enjoyment of life, I can help you develop resiliency, insight, and coping strategies so you can begin to make positive changes. Starting therapy can be challenging, and it is a sign of strength. I provide a compassionate, non-judgemental stance, where we are partners in the therapeutic relationship.

I  work with adults and adolescents, older children and couples, and have extensive training and experience in cognitive behavioral therapy and empirically proven mindfulness and acceptance-based practices. These approaches are evidence-based, solution-focused, and clients often begin experiencing results quickly. I am a NYS Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 20 years of experience.

I strive to create a warm and safe professional environment, where you can feel comfortable sharing your experiences. If you are looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation, or you're just ready to move in a new direction, I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals.
